These are made out of a variety of materials including polymer clay, resin, acrylic, brass, stainless steel, and silver-plated findings. While I build with high quality elements and your earrings should last a long time with proper wear and care, please mind the following instructions: 

I recommend:

• avoid wearing the earrings when applying perfume, deodorant and hairspray
• remove your earrings when showering or going into the pool/water
• avoid dropping your earrings as the small parts may break
• when not in use, store your polymer clay earrings in a container to avoid scratches

With prolonged use, make-up may stain the earrings and dust may be found on their surface.

To clean polymer clay earrings, use a piece of moist soft fabric and wipe it gently to remove dirt and dust from the earrings. For brass, a polishing cloth should be sufficient.

Most of the time I use open jump rings, which are fastened for tightness. Avoid wearing scarves or tugging on the earrings to prevent any breakage. 

While I use hypoallergenic metals and materials, if you are at risk for any please note that your purchase is at your own risk. 

Refund Policy

For necklaces and stickers, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The cost of shipping will be at the discretion of you, the customer. We do not provide return labels. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as earrings. This is for hygiene reasons. All earrings are non-refundable regardless of the type or style. Digital patterns are also non-refundable. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. As above, this does not apply to earrings or digital patterns.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
